Et tu, Brute?

It is believed to be the last words of the Roman dictator Julius Caesar to his friend Marcus Brutus at the moment of his assassination. It signifies utmost unexpected betrayal by a person, such as a friend.

It is believed that when Julius Caesar saw that Marcus Brutus is also among assassins he didn't try to resist his death. I wonder what Julius Caesar would have felt when he would have seen his friend among the conspirators. Trying to kill him. Imagine a friend whom you relied upon and he or she tore you apart.

It hurts when you see your friends going away from you. It makes you feel terrible and disheartened that the people you thought who would stay for life left you. But then a sentence of a friend of mine comes in my mind, "that no one would be there forever".

Though I am a strong believer in, that who wants to stay with you they will stay. If you would have said once, Shrikant don't go. I would have stayed. You didn't come to ask me again.

But there is one more thing. If you have given your heart and soul to any friendship, relation or even a foe. There is one thing true which I read somewhere, "I didn't lose you, you lost me. You'll search for me inside of everyone you're with and I won't be found".
