What can be the filmy dialogue to which I can relate right now?

The life has many shades. But there are grey areas too at some points in life, in some of our decisions.
Long thing short. What is one of the dialogue I like. To which I can relate too. Atleast right now!!

The film is Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani:

"Kahin pe pahuchne ke liye kahin se nikalana bahut zaroori hota hai. Sahi waqt pe kat lena chahiye warne gile-shikwe hone lagte hain!!!"

The English Translation is even more beautiful (Must Read):

"To reach somewhere you have to leave something behind. It's best to leave things at the right time otherwise you are left with too many regrets and complaints."

What is truth?

Buddha taught that believing in Gods was not useful for those who are seeking to realize enlightenment. Those who do not believe in God are called Atheist. Those who believe are called Theist. And those who are not sure of God are called Agnostic.

The world is not a place which has sunshine and rainbows all the time. It has dark clouds too. People who believe in God seek help from him to overcome the troubles. Those who don't they may believe in Fate, Destiny, Guts, Law of Karma or even in nothing. But if they do not believe in God they must not accuse him for the miss happenings.

That is the point today. Atheist are not staying atheist contrary they are turning "Anti-Theist". They accuse God for not being the true one.  The concept is a dangerous precedent to social harmony, tolerance and even to the anti-theist person or jiva or pudgala.

What is the truth? Did Buddha know it? Is God there? Law of Karma works? What goes around comes around? All I know is you have to believe in something, it's OK if you believe in your Guts even.

Swami Vivekanand gave the concept of Daridra Narayan, it means service to poor is service to God. Certainly my God are the poor people in a manner, and to many as well. But do we do enough?

My quest for finding the truth will continue. I meet people and I ask them there belief in God. I believe in Soul of Universe, Law of Karma and an ardent believer of what goes around comes around. If I accept all this, people ask me that Law of Karma needs a Governor. That Governor has to be God. I maintain silence like Buddha. My discoveries for the truth goes on. People even argue that the biggest religion is Humanity and once you support Daridra Narayan you have to accept Humanity. But accepting Humanity is compromising Nationalism. Once you accept Humanity there are no boundaries. Nationalism demands the people of my country and there problems comes first. There interest is supreme than humanity.

Let me quote Rabindranath Tagore, "We should fight against that education which teaches us that nation is above the ideals of humanity". I don't completely agree or disagree. I would say instead, "To educate a man in mind and not in morals is to educate a menace to society".

So, what is truth? Anti-Theist or Theist or Agnostic or Atheist or Daridra Narayan or Humanity or Nationalism or Law of Karma or Soul of Universe or Guts or Destiny or what?

Green Light for One Nation One Tax

Dear you (Anyone who is reading this 10 years down the line and specially to those who are born in the era of Goods and Services Tax - GST),

I am reading about GST in newspaper since past two years and knowing about GST much before that. So, I feel highly connected to GST. The present incumbent government at centre was fighting tooth and nail to get the bill passed. This Bill was stuck in the Rajya Sabha because the government lacks majority there. In short GST will bring an uniform rate of taxation in India in Goods and Services which is right now subject to both state and centre taxation. Few goods are taxed at more than 60% rate and few at mere 4%. 10 years down the line you might found it absurd thinking why before we didn't have a X% of uniform taxation on all goods and services. But...but..but..you may be happy thinking thanks to GST we have an uniform rate, if you are informed and excited like me.

I was so excited that I was glued to the proceedings of Rajya Sabha when the bill was discussed and proposed to be passed after the All Party Meet decided and backed the bill. My excitement on 3rd August 2016 the date on which Rajya Sabha passed it was so much that I was quite distracted from my studies. Knowing that I have the most important exam of my life 4 days after. I felt happy when I saw the electronic voting result screen indicating the bill is passed around 9:40 pm. Yes, Parliament can really work so late.

The Bill discussion in the Rajya Sabha was what we call "Intellect's Debate". Parliamentarians digging and praising each other. Finance Minister Mr. Jaitley's debate with former Finance Minister Mr. Chidambaram was worth listening.

Finally the Bill's main hurdle was cleared. I thought is it a big thing for me only or for my fellow informed citizens also? The National Media covered it with great pomp and show. But to stand unbiased I will add the 39 seconds coverage of state media.

Finally the wait for Lok Sabha was not long. Today at 8th August 2016 on the 75th Anniversary of Quit India Movement the Bill was approved by Lok Sabha too.

I felt elate and waiting for its being implemented from next financial year. The Bill is a constitutional amendment Bill hence it has to be approved from half of the states.

Kids (Anyone who is nascent in world, 10 years down the line and knows only GST is something) do you see any change in the tax system? Do you see a high consensus in Parliament always? Today I have some decent understanding of tax system and reading myself this article 10 years down the line I will more easily see the differences. I bet it !!!

Do thoughts have mass?

Science tells me that thinking is a process which requires energy, since using energy is using mass; hence thoughts have mass. May happen that mass is incalculable. May happen it is a hypothesis, But for me thoughts having mass drags me to all together a different theory.

My Hindu religion does not give me any specific God, there are so many I follow. Neither there is any specific path from which I can get Liberation, Jains have it. Hindu Religion turned to me as a religion less and a way of living more. I was born here with the liberty to choose anything, I chose so many and one is, "Soul of Universe". Reading Paulo Coelho in my school days inculcated this thought more in me that Universe has a Soul and whatever you desire is because the soul of universe wants you to desire. And when you desire anything it finally connects to that bigger soul which is connected to everything. According to Hinduism you can also call this soul "Brahma". Shankracharya's famous line comes in my mind, ‘Brahma satyam jagat mithya, jivo brahmaiva naparah’.

Now, I am back to my question: Do thoughts have mass? Well, I believe thoughts have mass. Wikipedia writes, Newton’s law of universal gravitation states that any two bodies in the universe attract each other with a force that is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. Science has proved that two bodies which have masses will attract each other. Similarly if thoughts have mass then the person will attract what he is thinking, because that thought will have mass too.

It sounds absurd? But let me sight you an example: If you truly want to become something in your life or you truly desire to be with someone in you life. Your all efforts and work acts only in that way.Your 'thinking' process also acts in the sane manner. This creates an invisible link between both of you. The 'Ambition' and 'Thoughts' which are further encouraging you to put in more efforts.

This article is incomplete, I need to add more in it with time. But with the lines of Paulo Coelho, if you truly desire something from your true heart then each and every element of the whole universe conspires you to get that. This is because the universe has a common ultimate soul to which every soul connects. I believe your thinking makes that soul think. That is why it is said, be the change you want to see in the world and when you change, the world too changes with you.

Insaan Ban Jao Bahot Scope Hai

I came around an image on WhatsApp send to me by a friend. On the picture it was written that, "Be a human, it has a lot of scope". This statement is a sarcasm on those neighbours, acquaintances, relatives and friends who keep advising us that do this or do that as the career has a lot of scope. Contrary to our needs, our aims and our desires they start comparing us to others and pour us with a plethora of Do's and Don'ts''.

I ask them who are they to have control on my life? I will live it on my terms. What I owe to myself is to do my work and what I owe to them all is not to interfere in their work.

Role of parents is very crucial. Their advice is sometimes boon and sometimes bane. My philosophy for life is I learn to follow my heart. By the pressure of other people I can't be something else which I am not. I will make my own way. If it is through the stars I will try for that too.

Once you be a human i.e. be what you really are and not a person with a mask. You will be more happy, more content and you will not be an exhibitionist. All this will bring peace to you.

When you try to be a human you also bring in you a sense of sympathy, faith, patience, love, gratitude and so much more. With all this you are doing a lot for yourself rather than for others.

Next time you find an Uncle or Aunt advising you. Tell them, "There is a lot of scope in becoming a Human, you must also try for that". But not all Uncle's and Aunt's try to share their pseudo repository of knowledge. Some do care for you. Tell them I respect for your advise but I want to do this. Don't ignore them too.

Et tu, Brute?

It is believed to be the last words of the Roman dictator Julius Caesar to his friend Marcus Brutus at the moment of his assassination. It signifies utmost unexpected betrayal by a person, such as a friend.

It is believed that when Julius Caesar saw that Marcus Brutus is also among assassins he didn't try to resist his death. I wonder what Julius Caesar would have felt when he would have seen his friend among the conspirators. Trying to kill him. Imagine a friend whom you relied upon and he or she tore you apart.

It hurts when you see your friends going away from you. It makes you feel terrible and disheartened that the people you thought who would stay for life left you. But then a sentence of a friend of mine comes in my mind, "that no one would be there forever".

Though I am a strong believer in, that who wants to stay with you they will stay. If you would have said once, Shrikant don't go. I would have stayed. You didn't come to ask me again.

But there is one more thing. If you have given your heart and soul to any friendship, relation or even a foe. There is one thing true which I read somewhere, "I didn't lose you, you lost me. You'll search for me inside of everyone you're with and I won't be found".

Dear 29th Feb

Dear 29th Feb,

I didn't meet you every year in my life because of your frequency. It's very rare you came. Since I am born we met on these following years:

1996: Probably our first  meeting was beautiful. I was in good mood. I was then pampered and cajoled.

2000: I remember you. I was in the guardianship of my most prized possession like we met last time. Black clouds were though in the sky. I was expecting a rain.

2004: I was expecting a rain, you gave me a hurricane. A part of my soul died.

2008: I first time learnt then I can do a lot of things. Clouds are still there. It is raining. Hurricane is too kissing me now and then. But yes, I managed to have my own world. Sure of one thing that no matter how bad it rains, sun will come up sooner or later.

2012: The rain stopped. Hurricane too. I am waiting for the wind to be more breezy. Sure of one thing, that dinginess does not accompanies me any more.

2016: Finally, Sun is about to rise. Days are fine. But yes I am working hard. Hoping that I will not let the part of my soul die again.

Yes, I didn't mean that you are bad. I mean how good you can be. Be good to me when next time you come. I even open my eyes in dreams to check that whether it is true or not.

Today, its all messy, my life, this post, my words, my heart, strangers, friends so much and still no one.

Next time when you come. I hope you see that the parts of my soul which died and about to die are back to life. As this is the only thing 'my soul' which is not 'messy' but turning dead.

"I" the holy word and "Ego" the power word

Ayn Rand writes, " I" (the holy word) and "ego" (The power word) are two words that are despised by Many. But who despise these words are suffering from a disease called "we" and who don't know the value, the magic the two words (I & EGO) can bring to the society..to the humans.. Those are not just words..but virtues!!

Ego is fatal. How can ego be the fountainhead of man's success?

Ego brings negativity at the very inch of the second one hears it. As negativity for ego is the surname. But ego is lot more than a negative word. I believe ego is one of the most positive word one can have in his catalogue of words, if you know what is the less known meaning of the word.

Ego also means, "Consciousness of your identity; the conscious mind". Google search answers ego as, "The "I" or self of any person (Ego is Latin for I). In psychology terms, the ego is the part of the psyche that experiences the outside world and reacts to it".

Whatever you are searching in whole universe is exactly inside you. Your ego which is mostly untouched is always the first recipient of the opinions you make, of the things you observe, of the views or values you encounter. If you are conscious of  your identity you can be the most content person with coherent thoughts.

Without an idea of our ego the picture of our personality will be disproportionate. Disproportionate dreams and disproportionate soul. I want in myself a clear idea of my ego. A clear idea of what ideals I have and what exactly my values are.

I like people who have passion and zeal for atleast something. I don't care if it is cooking or pottery. I like people who are good observers. If an illiterate boy in my village can talk to me about the crops he grow. If he can tell me how he overcomes the problem of plant diseases and irrigation. If he can discuss to me for the possibilities of the agriculture market in his area, I will be amazed to talk to him. Because despite being an illiterate he is a good observer and this talk is better than, "What's up?".

People with passion and observant eyes are the people who know part of their soul. They have touched that part of their soul and in the process they are growing it.

Ego can be the fountainhead of your success. It can be the answer to all the emotional upsurge you have at times. It can promote in you a sense of peace and understanding towards your objectives. More important when you start knowing your ego, your start touching your soul. When you touch your soul, your soul starts growing.

Grow your soul !! What's up? Will not take you up. It is only required to start a conversation, not to continue a conversation. Grow your soul. Understand your ego. Be proud that you have an ego which you understand.

My statement of life

I am staring at the wall in my room, still looking at nothing. I am happy. It is the feeling I couldn't get in public life, socializing or going to some restaurant with live music. I feel highest degree of happiness is mostly in "private moments" we share with our self. Yet why we are told to be happy when we achieve something? Why the society since long has engraved in our minds that happiness is something which we can put to display to our neighbours by achieving something.

Everyone is acting infront of the other in some or the other form. We are trying portray what we are not. It is nothing very shameful in it because that is the society want us to do. Why should I shave if I don't want to? Yes if you say it's hygienic; don't be a barometer to my hygienic standards. Then if we see a person who has an ultra individualistic philosophy we hate that person. As we are not able to digest that how can this person do exactly what he wants. It looks odd to us. As society has not decided it as a standard in the list of exhibition.

I ask myself the life I am living, the ideals which I have or the statement of my philosophy for life is a reflection of my soul or of the society? Do I have anything which I can say to myself that I want this thing just because I want it? Not because it will prove my worth to society or parents. Slowly I have realized it is only we who choose to be happy and to be unhappy. We don't have to measure happiness with the standards of money. Money is needful only to the level of self luxury, filling the needs and going to holidays. I don't mind this. When money's role in life to be an exhibitionist it turns to be fatal. I mind circus weddings and filming funerals. It drives to discontentment.

Friends are equally important. I choose my friends wisely. I must find in them a sense of originality. As if we both tell each other that this is the real me, let me be a "bee". I am ready to stand by them when they need me. There are some who are very good friends. I can give my life for them. I can't live for them but in case they need my life I am ready to die for them. This give me a sense of happiness too.

I want myself to evolve more. Evolve to a point till two things become integral to the statement for my life. One, I must do acts just because "I" want to do them. No reasons or motives behind; other than my desire for that act. Two, I want my soul to come out just over my skin and galvanize my actions, my thoughts and my desire. To the outside world I want to be to what I am inside. This will grow my soul more and I will remain unchanged even 20 years down the line, even more.

In the declaration of American independence Thomas Jefferson said life, liberty and "Pursuit of Happiness" as an inalienable and inherent right to every human. Glad and amazed he knew happiness can only be pursued can't be bracketed.

Ego is the fountainhead of Man's success

Reading Ayn Rand injected in me more than the above statement. The lead character Howard Roark gave the outlook what I can be outside my conservative action's cocoon. Reading Ayn Rand gives me vivid experience of how Howard Roark lead his life. It is very reflective in his personality that he has a defined philosophy of his life and a set of uncompromising principles.

There are instances of his heroic action with nothing heroic in nature. It might sound absurd and contrary at the same time. But it is true. Roark is a personality which doesn't know to please you. He will be direct on your face. He will also not sound insolent to you. In the calm voice precisely he will tell the truth. The person doesn't know to praise anyone. He doesn't have much "friends". He has no friends will be an apt thing to tell.

He would listen to you in a group. Very attentively like a hawk keeps eye on his food. But you will feel like it doesn't make any difference to him. Well Roark the lead is an architect in the book. What if he couldn't be an architect? He would have been an architect. He would walked over corpses. Any and all of them. All of us. But he'd be an architect.

It is not me who is saying this but his enemy Peter Keating is saying so. Think what made an arch rival to have a conviction such strong like this? Means, Roark must be a maniac for his job. He must have a zeal unbreakable for his work. Daily he would work and sleep only to wait for the sun to rise so that he can get up and start his work.

He doesn't end here. Roark doesn't believe in God. He is not fond of money. People find themselves at risk when Roark is listening to them. As he is very rationale being. Yes, it would have been less insulting if he would have not listened to you because it doesn't makes any difference to him.

The barometer of personality measures more for Roark. He will not shout at you even if you do. He will reciprocate peacefully saying almost nothing. He is a visionary. Who would even know the God of architecture if God of architecture exists.

It is his ego or attitude. I'm not sure. Yes, your ego and attitude will be your fountainhead for success. I read in Monk who sold his Ferrari that, investing in yourself is the best investment you can have. We must think of a fruitful personality, yes we can mould our personality. Give a thought.
